We are a socially responsible company
We are a socially responsible company
We are aware of our responsibility towards the environment in which we operate and understand people’s expectations and needs, which is why we are actively involved in cultural, sporting and humanitarian events in our region.
Business is not the only activity of the company Makro 5 Gradnja which, in its thirty years of operation, has also made a significant impact on the social environment in which it is present. We have donated to or initiated numerous cultural, sporting and humanitarian events and projects.
We support local handball club RD Koper and the Tennis club Koper, we collaborate with the charity association Palčica Pomagalčica and support young athletes. Through mentoring or financial support, we help young people who would otherwise be struggling to achieve their dreams, and we look for opportunities to offer a better tomorrow to those who don’t get equal opportunities. We do our best to respond to every donation request that we receive.

1989
Company establishment
In the 1990s, the company made its mark by operating in Russia and being owned by five different business partners.
2002
Later on, the company business was changed from a shared ownership structure to a single one.
2004 - 2009
Significant staff and capital reinforcement
2010
Strategic orientation towards construction throughout Slovenia. Company reorganization and adaptation to market conditions.
2015
A year marked by engineering and logistically challenging projects.
2016
Entering the Croatian market and implementing tourism-oriented projects.
2019
Taking on complex projects of high financial value and social importance.

We have grown to over 100 employees.
