A new residential development consisting of two apartment blocks with a shared underground garage. Each building features 20 apartments spread across six floors - Ground Floor + 3 Floors + 2 Recessed Floors. The apartment sizes range from 70 to 250 m², with all units offering large balcony spaces. The balconies are equipped with planters that residents can use for planting according to their preferences. A park for the residents’ use is situated between the buildings.

Construction Highlights: Geotechnical excavation protection using jet grouting technology, basement waterproofing with a concrete crystallization system, reinforced concrete construction, and green roofs with extensive planting.
