New construction of a multi-apartment building on Njegoševa Street in Ljubljana. The building consists of a basement, ground floor, and two upper floors (B+GF+2). The basement level includes parking spaces, storage rooms, and technical rooms. There are a total of 14 apartments in the ground floor and upper floors. The construction pit was secured using jet grouting technology, the building’s structure is reinforced concrete, the thermal insulation is 20 cm thick mineral wool, and the facade is a contact system with mineral plaster. Ground floor apartments have terraces, all apartments have balconies, and parking spaces in the garage are accessible by a car lift.
