The residential complex consists of two modern multi-storey apartment buildings connected by a shared underground garage and functional ground-floor spaces. The construction included the execution of reinforced concrete structures, the construction of underground levels with appropriate retaining and waterproofing systems, the installation of an energy-efficient external thermal insulation façade, and the integration of prefabricated bathroom pods. The project also encompassed comprehensive external landscaping, including parking areas, green spaces, and a carefully designed central courtyard that provides a pleasant and functional living environment.
