Reconstruction of the old Rog factory, a listed building, in accordance with the conservation plan. Demolition of the remaining existing buildings. Reconstruction of the existing building and construction of a new adjacent one. Construction of an underground garage. Construction of municipal infrastructure. The renovation project will preserve the Rog Centre in its original function as a 21st century public production space intended for the cultural and creative sectors, with an emphasis on craftsmanship, applied arts and design. The public institution Centre Rog will offer almost 9,000 m² of new creative space and services, as well as a new 8,000 m² park for the daily use of the citizens and hosting of community events.
