The complex, covering approximately 5,700 m², consists of two buildings with a total of 24 permanent single-room accommodation units, four temporary accommodation units, and facilities for the provision of community-based services. The facility is primarily intended for elderly people requiring more complex healthcare and social care, including people living with dementia. The design and construction followed modern residential standards and the principles of sustainable construction. Sustainable materials, including timber and cellulose insulation, were used, and the facility was designed in accordance with the requirements for nearly zero-energy buildings.
