The project comprises the construction of a new, modern health centre in Koper, bringing together key primary healthcare services in a single location. With a net floor area of more than 7,300 m², the building will consist of a ground floor and five upper floors, providing state-of-the-art facilities for the delivery of healthcare services.

The facility will accommodate healthcare services for children and adolescents, family medicine clinics, specialist outpatient clinics, laboratory and radiology diagnostics, physiotherapy, dental care services, and a pharmacy. The project also includes the development of a drive-in unit for emergency health situations, a drive-in pharmacy, and the installation of a photovoltaic power plant on the building’s roof.
