Reconstruction and extension of the Cukrarna Palace with the introduction of a new cultural and educational program for young people. The existing building was structurally repaired during the construction of the road connection between Roška and Njegoševa streets (Fabiani Bridge) from 2010 to 2012. After reviewing the current condition, necessary measures will be implemented to ensure the mechanical resistance and stability of the building and protection against external influences. The construction will include water, sewage, energy, electrical, telecommunications, and stormwater connections. Cukrarna Palace is protected as a cultural heritage monument of secular architecture and is recognized as a monument of local significance.
