Adjacent to the attractive pedestrian Čopova Street and the green Knafljev Passage, the “Green House” is planned, with commercial spaces on the ground floor and attractive apartments on the five upper floors - from the 1st to the 5th floor. Technical and service spaces for the apartments and commercial areas are planned in the basement of the new building. A total of 26 apartments are planned. The gross floor area of the building is 7,231.70 m², and the building height is 25.2 m.
Special construction features include protecting neighboring buildings during the excavation of the construction pit with reinforced concrete piles and jets, creating a 1.40 m thick foundation slab sealed with the PREPRUFE system, perimeter walls made from prefabricated reinforced concrete elements, a green atrium inside the building on the 4th and 5th floor corridors, a green walkable roof with terraces, a glass and stone ventilated facade, and building carpentry made of Siberian larch.
