Independent structural building ZVD - building H

The new construction is intended to expand the existing office space of the ZVD complex. The planned Building H is located in a dislocated position next to the eastern wing of the complex. The primary activity to be carried out in the building will be medical services. Due to the additional useful volume of the complex, it will be necessary to appropriately increase all the connection capacities of the infrastructure network. Building H is a classically constructed structural building, functionally and structurally separate from the main building, combining a reinforced concrete structure with a steel roof structure, based on a foundation slab, and featuring a structural glass facade combined with an aluminum suspended facade and suspended elements of precast concrete panels. Special construction features include geotechnical excavation protection using cantilevered steel sheet piles, temporary support of the existing building with geomechanical anchors, new construction with reinforced concrete structure and steel structure on the top floor, aluminum glass facade, suspended ventilated reinforced concrete facade, green roofs, and a photovoltaic power plant on the building’s roof.
